Vintage 1960's Marx Pretty Maid metal litho doll Kitchen & Dining Set, pots, pans & Dishes (Barbie Size.)
Retro cool MARX Vintage 1960’s Metal Kitchen Set displays great, check out the pictures. Comes with lots of dishes, glasses, flatware, pots & pans (2 of them are cast iron). The stove has 2 red knobs, the storage closet & fridge have their red plastic handles and the doors open & close great. The storage closet has a metal rectangle “pan” on the floor that I think is for the oven, but it fit the cabinet so perfectly that I didn’t notice until after I took the pictures.
The 2 dishes cabinets have a balsa wood shelf inside each to hold all the vintage plastic glasses & dishes. The top load clothes washer is missing the plastic insert part but it’s replaced with a metal cupcake tin shaped to fit and looks good.
The plastic dining set is not marked anywhere, so not sure if MARX but is same scale. The “rug” under the table is simply a printed piece of card stock paper 1940’s linoleum pattern.
The Barbie in the last picture is NOT included, she is just shown for scale size.
