    SHIPPING QUESTIONS
    Q: Can you ship for free?
    A: Shipping is calculated via FedEx and at the expense of the customer unless the listing specifically states that shipping is free.
    Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
    A: We do not offer expedited shipping options. We ship via FedEx Home/Ground which usually has a transit time of 2-3 business days from the day we send it out.
    CONFIGURATION/CUSTOM ORDER QUESTIONS
    Q: Can you pick out the best computer of the bunch for me?
    A: While we understand that some seller?s products differ greatly from the pictures they use, we are an exception. We use real pictures of the WORST LOOKING unit in the lot. This means that you will receive either the exact unit in the picture or a better one.
    Q: Can you add upgrades, and how much would it cost?
    A: We try to build computers that give the best balance of performance and value we can offer with the parts we have on hand. We prefer not to offer custom orders for a couple of reasons. First, we spec our computers ahead of time so to change components adds lead time and introduces the potential for us to mess up your order. Second, it?s likely that we don't have the hardware on hand to make the upgrades you want.
    ACCESSORY/POWER ADAPTER/BATTERY QUESTIONS
    Q: Will the keyboard/mouse included with my order match the brand of the computer?
    A: In most cases, yes. That said we always include new keyboards before we include used ones. For example: If you order a Dell desktop and we only have brand-new HP keyboards and used Dell keyboards in stock, we will ship the brand-new keyboard of a different brand.
    Q: Does this laptop come with a power adapter?
    A: Most of your laptops come with a power adapter. If there is ever an exception, it will be clearly noted in the listing. Please read accordingly.
    Q: Is a battery included with this laptop/what condition is the battery in?
    A: We always sell laptops with a battery included. We test all batteries before we ship and verify that they are AT LEAST 80% of their factory capacity and output. If it comes up less than 80%, we replace the battery with one that meets our specs.
    OPERATING SYSTEM QUESTIONS
    Q: This computer is listed with Linux as the included operating system. Can you upgrade it to Windows?
    A: No. Due to our Microsoft Refurbisher Contract, there are limitations to which computers we can image with Windows. If we do not offer it with Windows, it is because we cannot legally put Windows on it.
    Q: Can I install Windows myself on a machine if I buy one that comes with Linux?
    A: Absolutely! If you have installation media and a license you can do the install yourself.
    Q: Will this computer run [insert trendy game title]?
    A: Please refer to the specs in the listing and compare them with the minimum requirements of the game.
