How to Reset the Carbon Brushes?
Step 1
Please find the carbon brush port on both side of the grinder.
Step 2
Please rotate the nut counterclockwise and take out the carbon brushes.
Step 3
Put your carbon brush into the port again, and tighten the nut clockwise.
Troubleshootings:
1. The carbon brush motor may generate sparks in the case of overload, and emit the smell of carbon brush, which is a bit like burning smell. Please Tighten the carbon brushes on both sides or Reducing the amount of grinding powder can avoid this situation.
2. Sometimes the grinder machine is not working without any performance such as bad smell or smoke. Please cut off the power, reset the CARBON BRUSHES on both sides.
3. While turn on the machine, the machine cannot work without any obvious problems, please make sure that the lock of the cover has been slid to the end, otherwise the machine will not start working.
