japanese NCO  sword with scabbard

Description

japanese NCO sword with scabbard. I know European cutlery but not Japanese.  Check the pics out and please contact me for additional info or pics.  Numbers match between the scabbard and blade.  There s a small dent in the scabbard as shown, and some scratches to the scabbards paint and the drag.  Blade appears to have a thin blueing to it.  I have tried to show any markings on this item.
Sword will be shipped in a hard case and securely packed and shipped.  Shipping by either USPS or UPS, if buyer has a preference, let me know.
