    Description

    Pair of antique wooden shoe lasts by McNichol&Taylor, sz8C.  Solid heavy maple(?) wood last mold stretcher form.  Rare to have pair of former workings lasts.  10.5" long toe to heel, 3.5" at widest part of ball of foot.  Will make awesome décor pieces.  Metal plates on heel and body top.  Plenty of cobbler's wear.
    There are the real thing actually made to craft shoes with many task holes in wood.  These types of hinged lasts are typical of high quality leather shoes.  Pivot points on hinges lasts are seized and are not able to move.  (20-0379)
