The blade is unsigned arsenal made during WWII time period.
Traditional Japanese WWII wood scabbard.
Blade with wave design and signed, well polished
shows minor scratch, stain but no deep rust no bend, no nicks and the cutting edge is sharp.
It measures 146 mm  cutting edge and 251 mm in mountings.
